Cecie’s career did not start in practice management consulting. She worked in Advertising and Marketing in Silicon Valley for several years before working full time as the Office Manager in her husband’s dental practice. After implementing a practice coach into their practice and seeing their office production double, Cecie decided it was time to utilize her own first hand experience to help other dentists reach their goals.
